What to Expect

Three focused sessions to slow down, listen into your life, and bring clarity to what’s present—without committing to a longer engagement.

Together, you explore a question, transition, or pattern with focus and honesty. This is a place to think out loud, notice what’s underneath the surface, and begin sorting what matters from what doesn’t.

Your sessions may include:

Guided reflection across various domains (mind, body, relationships, context) to surface what’s most alive and begin naming what you’re seeing

Create room to say it clearly and honestly, deepening or shifting focus based on what’s becoming obvious

Begin sorting what it means and clarify direction or next steps grounded in what you now see more clearly

Each session builds on the last—or adjusts as needed—while staying anchored to a shared intention for what you want to understand or move toward.

You may choose to incorporate the Enneagram as a lens for self-understanding (including a typing interview), or simply use the space to work through your thoughts and experience directly.

By the end of three sessions, you’ll leave with clearer language, a more grounded understanding of your experience, and a sense of what’s possible next.
