Project & Event Leadership
Need a partner?
Alongside my coaching practice, I occasionally partner with small organizations on short-term projects or events that need thoughtful leadership and follow-through.
Most of the organizations I work with are mission-driven — nonprofits, universities, family enterprises, or founder-led teams who care about the work they’re doing and the people involved.
Often there is something important they want to move forward — a gathering, an initiative, a season of planning — but the internal team is already stretched or the path forward isn’t fully clear.
That’s where I tend to be helpful.
I come alongside for a defined period of time to help clarify the work, organize the moving parts, and see it through.
What I offerHow I Can Help You
Event/Retreat
Management
Strategic, mission-driven events that need someone to think about the whole experience and the moving parts.
Examples:
Fundraising events
Leadership retreats
Conferences or convenings
University or nonprofit gatherings
I organize the logistics, manage event design and production, coordinate the pieces, and see it through to completion.
Strategic
Planning
Sometimes a founder, executive director, or team simply needs a steady outside partner for a specific stretch of work when no one internally has the time or structure to run it.
Examples:
Preparing for a major event or season
Organizing priorities and sequencing projects
Bringing order to a project that has stalled
Bringing structure to something that feels messy
You need temporary partnership and momentum. You want detailed attention and execution. Let’s create thoughtful partnership for a defined period.
Conversations & Workshops
Space for reflection, learning, and meaningful dialogue.
Examples:
Panel participation (family enterprise, leadership, lived experience)
Small-group workshops
Thoughtful conversations that invite reflection and depth
I contribute to panels, small gatherings, or workshops — especially in family enterprise settings or around themes of self-awareness and the Enneagram.
Your Investment
In order to support a wide range of people and communities, project fees are shaped by the work—most often as a start-to-finish scope and in some cases based hourly.

Don’t take my word for it, here are some things people have to say about me.
From the moment I met Claire, I was struck by her candor and genuine care for the people she led…Claire approached her role with the mindset of a coach…[she] made a significant impact, helping us to grow and improve continually.
— Former Colleague
“
Claire is an extremely hard worker, self-motivated and intuitively aware of the strengths and weaknesses of an organization and has a keen sense in how to improve less than healthy processes and systems. She is a strong leader and gets the job done.
— Former Colleague & Board Director, nonprofit
“
Claire is someone you want in your foxhole. She’s present in intense times, knows how to use humor to look at a situation if it might help bring clarity. She’s done her own work and that buys a lot of credibility for me. As a CEO I need someone who can keep confidences and makes room for my vulnerable and not so proud moments.
