A one-day ordinary pilgrimage in Atlanta, rooted in nature and intentional pause. After a 90-minute intake to orient around your current season, we spend a 7-hour day together—walking, reflecting, sharing a meal, and debriefing—creating space to explore your life with clarity, honesty, and a whole-person lens.
Wales
Come and experience the beauty of Wales together on this 7-day adventure. The power of nature coupled with the vast mystique of Wales can help you unwind and listen into what Life might want to say. Gentle and consistent movement coupled with ancient landmarks might just be the perfectly ordinary thing you need. To slow down and be stilled from the inside.

A typical one day Ordinary Pilgrimage includes a morning start, a cup of your favorite morning beverage, generally meeting up in an outside setting we mutually speak of, and a uniquely curated agenda based on what would benefit you the most. There is also a scheduled break for snacks, lunch, and rest.

Ordinary because we live most of our days in ordinary time seeking to become the person that embodies all the things we love and value; and pilgrimage because life is all one big arc of a spiritual journey — a pilgrim chooses to participate physically or metaphorically - with purpose, intention and a desire to see life differently each day.

A typical multi day Ordinary Pilgrimage includes a fairly consistent daily routine and schedule uniquely curated based on weather, walking and contemplative practices chosen for that trip. There is always scheduled breaks for snacks, meals, reflection and rest.

Our staff is certified in CPR and first aid, and we maintain a low participant-to-coach/leader ratio for close supervision. We also follow safety protocols for heat, cold, hydration, and equipment use. Allergies and medical needs are documented and closely monitored.

Unless it is severe weather we will be outside and encourage you to utilize the best outdoor gear for the forecast. If we have to go indoors to create alternate activities we will utilize the local setting explore what they have to offer. Given this is essentially a part of the pilgrimage experience we will lean into questions like what does it feel like when your plans adjust unexpectantly? We’ll communicate any schedule changes as early as possible and consistently monitor the situation.
